We have taken a very proactive approach to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. We wish to take this opportunity to reassure you that your health and safety are of paramount importance to us.
We continue to develop sustainable policies and have adopted models of best practice in line with government guidelines to give you peace of mind when booking with us.
Our team continue to deliver an exceptional level of hygiene and cleaning standards to help keep guests safe. Our Housekeeping teams take extra caution daily when cleaning and sanitising rooms, paying attention to all surfaces like doors, door handles, bench tops, lights and light switches, and remotes for TV and A/C etc.
We have removed all glass, cutlery and crockery and replaced with single use disposable options. (We have provided single use items, however, if you do wish to have crockery, glasses, cutlery and/or toaster in your room, please advise us upon booking or arrival and we will be happy to have these delivered to your room.)
Additionally, all staff have been vaccinated in line with government requirements and our internal company policy to ensure the ongoing safety of our guests.
Stop the Spread notices are in each room as a reminder for us all.
